Mumbai, Sep 23 (UNI) Janmendra Ahuja, nephew of actor-MP Govinda was arrested by the Juhu police last night in a molestation case.

The complainant, Dayanand Chincholikar, who is PA to Maharashtra Food and Civil Supplies minister Sunil Tatkare, in his complaint to the Juhu police stated that Janmendra, son of Govinda's brother Kirti Ahuja, and his three friends molested his wife when they were standing next to their car near Cooper hospital three days ago.

He received injuries in the scuffle that followed.

Juhu police said the incident happened three days ago and the complaint was filed on the same night. Janmendra has been booked u/s 326 of the IPC (molestation and causing grievous hurt) and will be produced in a local court this afternoon.
