Punjab boy to represent India in World Table Soccer

Sangrur, Sep 23 (UNI) Punjab's Harshdeep Sharma will represent India in the junior World Table Soccer championship to be held at Tokyo from September 29 to October 11.

Harashdeep hailing from Dhuri town in this district will be part of the three member Indian team that will take part in the championship. The nomes of other two members were yet to be finalised.

According to the Punjab Table Soccer Federation, Harshdeep will take part in the under-14 category segment in the championship. The championship will be in the under-14, under-17 and under-19 categories.
