Notice pasted at Sadhu Yadav's residence

Gopalganj, Sep 23(UNI) Police today pasted proclamation notice at the ancestral residential house of RJD MP Anirudh Prasad alias Sadhu Yadav at Gopalganj in compliance with a court order to that effect.

The proclamation notice was issued in connection with a case of fradulently securing the ownership of a car on the strength of which he sold it to the father of kingpin of flood relief scam, Santosh Kumar Jha.

Special Vigilance Judge Ramniwas Prasad had issued the proclamation notice on September 21 asking the RJD MP to surrender before the court within one month. The court had ordered the police to paste the notice at the residential houses of Sadhu Yadav in Patna, Gopalganj and New Delhi.

According to the charges, Mr Yadav was accused of securing the transfer of ownership of a vehicle to himself in league with some officers of district transport office although the said vehicle was registered against another person in Delhi.
