Hearbal medicine to replace bypass heart surgery: Dr Baruah

New Delhi, Sep 23 (UNI) After Yoga guru Ramdev now it is the turn of Asom-based Dr D R Baruah to crusade against the doctors who advocate bypass surgery to cure heart blockade.

Addressing mediaperson Dr Baruah said the bypass surgery is a cure for the heart blockade maximum for a period of three to five years. After that it is bound to recur with more intense blockades making heart's vascular muscles loose their elasticity. As a result a bypass heart surgery paitent develops a number of side effects which later turn into serious ailments, he added.

Dr Baruah claimed that he has discovered a medicinal plant which is exclusively found in the red soil regions of Asom. Extracts of this plant, if injected in the muscles or given as tablets for eleven days, the patient recovers within a period of fifteen days.

He said the human body contains 30,000 genes out of which just 1000 genes are responsible for causing heart disorder mainly in the form of blockade or Anjina. The injection of the plant extract elimanates these thousand genes within a period of 15 days, giving the patient a permanent cure from heart ailments, he added.

Dr Baruah said so far he has treated 1100 paitents with 100 per cent success rate.

Extracted molecules of the plant are named as "Baruah alpha DH2, Baruah beta DH2 and Baruah delta Cal2". Dr Baruah had already applied for the patent of these herbal medicines.

He said cost wise it is not even one per cent of the cost that is incurred on bypass heart surgery and has no side effects as well.

Apart from this it makes the patient feel younger and healthier UNI BKS DKA KN1930
