Special trains during Durga Puja

New Delhi, Sep 22 (UNI) Northern Railways have decided to run several special trains during the Durga Puja festival for the convenience of rail passengers.

During the season, a special train will operate between Hazrat Nizamuddin and Dehradun stations from October 1 to October 31, a Northern Railway spokesperson said.

The 2017A Hazrat Nizamuddin-Dehradun A.C. Special train will depart from Hazrat Nizamuddin at 1130 hours daily to reach Dehradun at 0545 hours the next day. The 2018A Dehradun- Hazrat Nizamuddin down A.C. Special train will depart from Dehradun at 0845 hours from October 2 to November 1 to reach Hazrat Nizamuddin at 1440 p.m. the same day.

The train will halt at Ghaziabad, Roorkie and Haridwar stations in both the directions.

A special train will operate between New Delhi station and Patna station while another will run between New Delhi and Darbhanga, the spokesperson said.
