Philadelphia high-rises evacuated over explosion-Fox

PHILADELPHIA, Sep 21 (Reuters) An apparent utility malfunction today caused an underground explosion that forced the evacuation of several high-rise buildings in central Philadelphia, Fox television news reported.

CNN quoted the FBI as saying there was no apparent terrorism link. The network said the three Philadelphia explosions came as the electric company worked on underground cables. There were no reports of injuries.
