Goa Chief Minister Pratapsingh Rane, who has left for Delhi today, is also likely to register a protest with the Central government over the Mhadei issue.
Mr Khalap said, ''No water should be diverted as all Goans are united over the issue. This water is needed for Goa for future requirements, Agriculture and tourism and Industries.''
