2 killed, 9 hurt as bus turns turtle

Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, Sep 22: Two persons were killed and nine injured when a private bus turned turtle near Mulachervu Ghat at Chintakommadinne Mandal of the district in the wee hours of today.

Police said the driver of the bus proceeding from Chittor to Hyderabad lost control of the vehicle leading to the mishap.

The deceased were identified as Somla Naik and Govinda Naik of Chittor District.

The injured persons were admitted to the Government Hospital here.
