11 snake charmers sent to 14-day Judicial Custody

New Delhi, Sep 22 (UNI) Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Sanjiv Jain today sent 11 snake charmers to 14 days judicial custody for possessing animals banned under the Wildlife Act.

The court also ordered that the animals be released in their natural habitat.

The accused were arrested from Mansarovar Park along with 13 cobras and two pythons.
