School manager shot dead

Lucknow, Sep 21 (UNI) A school manager was shot dead by unidentified assailants here today, police said.

C P Singh of Lucknow Public School was shot dead on the Kanpur road under Ashiyana police station area.

The injured was rushed to the Civil Hospital, but he later succumbed to his injuries.

The cause of the murder could not be ascertained, they said.

A case had been registered and a manhunt was on to nab the culprits.
