Pharmacists stage Dharna in Puducherry

Puducherry, sept 21(UNI) Members of the Pharmacists Association today went on a mass casual leave and staged a dharna in front of the Legislative Assembly to press their demands.

They were demanding, among other things, filling of vacant pharmacist posts, creation of new posts and an upward revision of pay scale with retrospective effect from 1996.
