IDBI board to send comments to RBI on draft scheme of UWB merger

Mumbai, Sep 21 (UNI) The Board of Directors of Industrial Development Bank of India Limited (IDBI), at their meeting today, considered various provisions of the draft scheme of merger of the United Western Bank (UWB) sent by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

A IDBI release issued here said it will send its comments and suggestions on the draft (Amalgamation with the Industrial Development Bank of India Limited) Scheme, 2006, to the RBI.
