Fisherman missing as boat capsizes

Kochi, Sep 21 (UNI) One fisherman was missing while another managed to swim back to safety after their capsized in heavy rains off the coast near here this morning.

Police said the fishermen, Muraleedharan and Raghuvaran set out for fishing from Perumbadam, near here this morning. Their boat drowned in inceesant rains which lashed the city and the adjoining areas.

While Raghuvaran managed to swim back to safety, police and Naval divers are searching for Muraleedharan.
