'Dharna' against murder of BJP leader

Hardoi, Sep 21 (UNI) BJP activists today staged a 'dharna' to demand the immediate arrest of the killers of a party leader and his aide here.

Yesterday, police had recovered the bodies of BJP district cooperative cell president Shyam Singh and his aide Kaptan from Shahjahanpur-Hardoi highway under Shahabad police station area.

Later, four persons were booked in the case.

To protest the incident, BJP workers led by Gangaram Bhakt Singh staged a 'dharna'. They also demanded compensation for the family of the slain leader.
