Crocodile farm to be named after Steve Irwin

Thiruvananthapuram, Sep 21 (UNI) The Kerala Government has decided to name the crocodile farm at the Neyyar Dam in the district after Australian ''crocodile hunter'' and television environmentalist Steve Irwin who was killed by a stingray blow on September four.

A decision to this effect was taken by the Cabinet yesterday, Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan told mediapersons after the Cabinet meeting.
