Court seeks Sadhu Yadav appearance in 30 days
Patna, Sep 21 (UNI) A special court here today asked Aniruddh Prasad, alias Sadhu Yadav, MP, and brother of former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi, to appear before it in a month.
Special Judge Ramniwas Prasad issued the order on the plea of state Vigilance and Investigation Bureau to paste the notice in his residential houses in Patna, Delhi and Phulwaria asking the MP to appear before the court.
Sadhu Yadav was accused of securing the transfer of ownership of a vehicle to himself in collusion with some officers of district transport office although the vehicle was registered in the name of another person in Delhi.
