CBWE to train workers

Aizawl, Sep 21 (UNI) The Central Board for Workers Education(CBWE) has launched a campaign in North Eastern states to train the workers.

CBWE release said here today that the Centre has set up Zonal Directorate in Guwahati for strengthening national integrity, unity and communal harmony among cross sections of people in Asom, Arunachal, Meghalaya and Mizoram.

As a part of the CBWE campaign, the organisation has trained 79,834 and 24,684 workers in both organised and unorganised sector respectively.

CBWE has conducted several programmes in Mizoram for both organised and unorganised sectors, including government departments, trade unions and NGO activitsts for successuful implementation of workers education scheme.
