Wipro's Azim Premji to meet Buddhadeb on Sept 22

Kolkata, Sept 21: Wipro Ltd chairman Azim Premji would meet West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee tomorrow to discuss the company's plans in the state.

This was announced by Mr Bhattacharjee during his address at the inauguration of IBM Ltd's fourth facility here at the DLF IT park at Rajarhat.

"Premji wants to expand presence in the state...he is coming tomorrow to meet me," Bhattacharjee said.

He, however, did not elaborate on the issues to be discussed during the meeting.
