Train hits tractor at unmanned crossing; 3 injured

Varanasi, Sep 20 (UNI) Three passengers were critically injured when a train hit a tractor at an unmanned railway crossing in Saidpur area of neighbouring Ghazipur district.

Police Superintendent (Ghazipur) N K Srivastava said here three passengers on board Manduadih-Chapra passenger train were injured, when it hit a tractor near Raval Nasirpur village.

The victims were hit by a bicycle hanging on the train window, as the train smashed the tractor trolley.

The trio have been admitted to hospital.
