ONGC members approve dividend

Mumbai, Sep 20: Members of the state-owned Oil&Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) have approved the payment of Interim Dividend at 250 per cent paid in December 2005 and Final Dividend at 200 per cent.

Informing the BSE, the company said the approval from the members came during the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held on September 19, 2006 at New Delhi.

The Company has further informed that the Final Dividend as approved shall be paid on or after September 25, 2006.
