GETIT launches operations in Thiruvananthapuram

Thiruvananthapuram, Sep 20: The GETIT Infomediary Ltd, the largest publishers of Yellow pages, has announced the launch of its operations in the city.

Addressing a press conference here, GETIT Infomediary Ltd Chief General Manager (Sales) K D Kini said the first edition of the yellow pages and corporate pages for the state capital would be brought out in the first quarter of 2007.

Besides the yellow pages and corporate pages, the consumers could also avail the GetitNOW facility, a 24 hrs tele-information, through which the customer can avail information on products and services including public utility and emergency services from anywhere in the state by calling 444 4444.

Business men could also dial to this number and register their products and services free of cost, he said.

Apart from Ernakulam, Kozhikode and Thiruvananthapram, the company would expand its operations to Kottayam, Thrissur and other districts in the state, Mr Kini said.

Presently, GETIT was providing information on products and services in over 32 cities across the country, he added.
