Colour Dot signed up with Dupont for Cyrel Fast

Chennai, Sep 20: City based Colour Dot, a leading processors of polymer, signed up with Dupont for the installation of Cyrel Fast, a revolutionary technology that offered enhanced pressroom productivity.

Colour Dot, the first company in the country to install the state-of-the-art equipment, had been accepted globally to achieve the highest quality in felxo, comparable to any other printing process.

Talking to newspersons here, Managing Director Colour Dot R S Bakshi said the company was privileged that Dupont had signed an agreement for the installation of the equipments, which included the solventless processor 1000 TD, Cyrel Fast.

Colour Dot which had initiated the use of Dupont photo polymer plates for flexo printing more than two decades ago, had once again taken steps to lead from the front by acquiring the latest technology. This would ensure precision, performance, perfection and peak quality with reliability and consistency, he said.

With the installation of the latest technology, Colour Dot would help flexo printers and their customers gain competitive advantage in packaging graphics segment and to expand their business by taking advantage of new profitable packaging printing opportunities, Mr Bakshi added.

He said Colour Dot had plans to incorporate additional equipments within the next two years that would resolutionalise the turnaround time for the packaging industry in India, leading to improved productivity.
