Civilian govt in two weeks, say Thai coup leaders

Bangkok, Sep 20 (UNI) Thailand will have a civilian government within two weeks, the Administrative Reform Council (ARC) told Bangkok-based foreign diplomats today.

ARC Chief General Sonthi Boonyaratglin met the envoys this afternoon to explain the reasons for the coup de etat to the international community.
