Aztecsoft ranked seventh by DataQuest/IDC

Bangalore, Sep 20 (UNI) Aztecsoft Limited, a premier player in Offshore Product Engineering and Independent Testing and Quality Engineering, has achieved the seventh position among the Top 20 Best IT employers of the year in the country.

The ranking was a result of comprehensive annual survey by DataQuest Group and IDC India on Indian tech companies, Aztecsoft said in a release here.

The honour was a speedy recognition of Aztecsoft's exemplary HR practices, the release said, adding that its headcount had risen from 218 employees in the year ended March 31, 2003, to about 2,600 employees now, mainly due to the strong learning culture and training programmes to attract and retain top-notch talent.
