Twenty20 inter-state cricket from Oct 3

Lucknow, Sep 19 (UNI) Nafeesa Memorial Inter-state Twenty20 cricket championship will be held here from October 3.

Lucknow Twenty20 Cricket Association secretary Liyakat Hasan said here today that 10 teams would participate in the six day league-cum-knock-out basis event.

Apart from hosts Lucknow, teams from Kanpur, Allahabad, Agra, Ghaziabad, Delhi, Mathura, Etawah, Gorarkhpur and Varanasi would be seen in action.

The matches would be played in coloured dresses with white ball on two different grounds of the city.

The final would be of a two-innings affair, he informed.
