Rainfall likely in Bengal
Kolkata, Sep 19 (UNI) A few spells of rainfall and thunder showers are likely to occur in the gangetic and sub-Himalayan West Bengal in the next 24 hours.
Met officials said here today that the sky would remain partly cloudy and the weather would be sultry.
The weather in the city and other parts of the state was hot and humid today as there had been no rains since the past one week.
The maximum relative humidity was 92 per cent.
The rainfall recorded in the last 24 hours was one mm.
Today's maximum temperature was 34.9 degree Celsius and the minimum was 27.9 degree Celsius.
