MaFoi signs joint venture with Saeed Al Badi in Abu Dhabi

Chennai, Sep 19 (UNI) The HR services major, Ma Foi Management Consultants Limited (MMCL) has entered into a joint venture with Abu Dhabi based Saeed Bin Mohammed Bin Saeed Al Badi to further extend its procuring operations and integrated HR services in Middle East.

In a company release here today MaFoi Managing Director and CEO K Pandiarajan said in the new joint venture, Saeed Bin Mohammed Bin Saeed Al Badi would hold 51 per cent stake and remaining would be with the MMCL.

He said the company as a leading HR service provider would focus on large government entities like Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) group of companies, apart from secondary targets like the Engineering and Procurement companies, Allied companies and leading civil contracting companies.

Company's Middle East Operations CEO Sanjay Ghosh said the company would aggressively pursue its ambition of expanding its presence in all major cities in Arabian Gulf Region and also aim to achieve a status of preferred service provider for most regional and multinational organisations operating in the region.

He said the company had plans to open offices in Bahrain, Qatar and an additional project office in Sohar in the Sultanate of Oman.
