Five-day paragliding camp in Kashmir begins

Srinagar, Sep 19 (UNI) A five-day paragliding camp began at Sonamarg, today about 80 km from here.

The camp is being organised by the Sonamarg Development Authority (SDA) in collaboration with the Karakoram Explorers.

The camp was earlier scheduled to be held on September 2, but had to be postponed due to incessant rains.

During the camp, the trainees will learn flight principles, take-off and landing techniques besides high flying experience in tandem.
