CCS Infotech receives ISO 14001:2004 certification

New Delhi, Sep 19 (UNI) CCS Infotech Ltd today said it has received ISO 14001:2004 certification from Germany-based certified body of TUV SUD Management Service GmbH, TUV South Asia Pvt Ltd, for following environmental safeguards, procedures and management systems at its factory in Puducherry.

The company manufactures desktops, servers and workstations.

''While our customers have always enjoyed the quality and value out of our offerings, this certification is to ensure that our processes are environmental friendly as per the standards of ISO 14001:2004,'' CCS Infotech Managing Director Hasan Abdul Kader said.

He added that the certification will bring the company on par with international standards.

The ISO 14001:2004 certification is awarded to companies which establish and maintain a detailed environmental management system to identify and take required actions for reducing environmental and health risks.
