Caritor acquires 3 companies

Bangalore, Sep 19 (UNI) Global IT services firm Caritor today announced the acquisition of three companies in July and August this year in a bid to increase its footprint in Europe, Asia and Australia.

The company, which had developmental centres in Bangalore and Chennai, had acquired Teamtime Consulting of Switzerland, Opentech Consulting of Singapore and FigTree Systems of Australia. The acquisitions come roughly a year after Caritor taking over Paris-based Ido Group and CooperTeam Software.

Announcing the acquisitions, Caritor Group COO Jim Puthuff said ''these acquisitions are part of Caritor's long-term growth strategy of creating a multi-cultural global workforce.'' UNI RS GD TS1908
