ACB raids Tirumala Tiruati Devasthanam employee's houses

Tirupati, Sep 19 (UNI) The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) raided a Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) employee's houses and recovered property disproportionate to his known sources of income from him here today.

According to ACB sources, sleuths conducted simultaneous raids at the houses of TTD employee Suresh Babu at Tirupati and Chennai, and recovered many valuable documents of immoveable property and gold and silver, worth Rs 50 lakh.

The jewellery was donated by the devotees in hundi at Tirumala.

The ACB detained him and investigation was on about his property, the sources added.

The raid at his house in Poonamalli suburb in Chennai was still going on, the sources added.
