21 striking JIPMER employees suspended

Pondicherry, Sep 19 (UNI) The JIPMER administration today suspended 21 striking employees.

According to JIPMER sources, the suspension order was served on 21 striking employees including two office bearers of JIPMER anti-conversion action comittee Ashokan and Arokiyam Kalaimathy.

The indefinite strike by the employees entered the 12th day today, disrupting medical services in the centrally-administered institution.
