ZyXEL sets up Indian unit for direct operations

New Delhi, Sep 18: ZyXEL Communications Corporation, networking and information security product manufacturer and leading broadband access solutions provider, today announced commencement of direct branch office operations in India with the setting up of an office here.

The direct office, ZyXEL India, is expected to strengthen its presence, provide enhanced sales, marketing and technical support to its channel partners and service its customers better.

The company currently has 35 channel partners across the country and plans of recruiting more partners from every region and taking the count to over 100 by the end of current fiscal.

ZyXEL India in its endeavor to provide effective after-sales service to customers is also opening a Technical Repair Center (TRC) at its new set-up here.

The individual and home users avail ZyXEL products like broadband routers, WLAN AP/clients, desktop switches and VoIP devices.
