Two suspected LeT men arrested in Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad, Sep 18 (UNI) The Anti-Terrorist Squad of the Gujarat Police today arrested two persons, suspected to be Lashkar-e-Toiba militants, from Kalupur area in the walled city.

One of them Khalid Kashmiri, is said to be from Jammu and Kashmir, while the other Illiyas Memon is from Shah Alam area of the walled city, ATS sources said.

Acting on a tip-off, an ATS team nabbed the two when they had come to meet somebody near the Kalupur railway station.

Memon reportedly had trained in Kashmir and had been sending vulnerable youth from Gujarat there for the same purpose, sources said.
