Two killed, three injured in accident in HP
Dharamshala, Sep 18 (UNI) At least two people were killed and three injured when a car, in which they were traveling, rolled down into a gorge in Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh late last evening, police sources today said.
The accident occurred at Nagni Nullah, while they were on their way to Jawalamukhi after paying obeisance at the Nagni Temple in the district.
The sources said the two occupants, identified as Harvinder Singh, 19, and Ginee, 24, were killed on the spot, while three others identified as Reetu, Gurvinder alias Tekoo and Jagjeet Singh were injured in the accident.
Two of the injured were first admitted in a hospital at Jawalamukhi and later shifted to the Dr R P Government Medical College and Hospital at Dharamshala, the source said, adding that the driver of the car was among the injured.
