Two electrocuted, three injured by lightning in Kheda

Anand, Sep 18 (UNI) Two women were struck by lightning and three others injured near Buddheswar Mahadev mandir, near Dehagam in Kheda district last evening.

The women, Sudha, 20, and Kadi Parmar, 18, died on the spot when lightning struck. The injured have been admitted to Kheda Civil hospital.

In another mishap, a 15-year-old boy drowned in the Vatrak river, near Memdabad in the district, while he was bathing.
