Shrenuj BoD approves raising Rs 100 cr

New Delhi, Sep 18: Shrenuj&Company Ltd, engaged in diamond and jewellery bsuiness, today recieved an in-principle approval from its board to raise resources upto Rs 100 crore.

The money will be raised by issue of equity and debt from both domestic and international markets.

The sum also includes premium by way of equity and debt, a company stetement said.
