New Delhi, Sep 18 (UNI) Bina Ramani's husband George Mailhot has filed an anticipatory bail application before the ASJ, New Delhi, Sukhvinder Kaur .

After hearing the argument partly the court adjourned the matter for September 19, 2006 for reply and summoned the Investigation Officer. Till then the arrest of Mailhot has been spared as per order of the court in the case relating to destruction of evidence in the Jessica Lal murder.
