Road accident in Dhaka kills 10, injures over 40

Dhaka, Sep 18 (UNI) At least 10 people were killed and more than 40 injured in an accident at Madhabpur on Dhaka-Sylhet Highway in Bangladesh's northeastern Habiganj district today.

According to the police, the accident occurred when a Sylhet-bound passenger coach from Dhaka collided with a stationary truck on the road, killing ten people on the spot and injuring over 40 others, some critically.

The injured were rushed to Habiganj Hospial.
