Policeman killed by bomb in UP

Allahabad, Sep 18 (UNI) Two unidentified motorcycle-borne miscreants killed a police head-constable by hurling a bomb at him in the posh Civil Lines area here.

Later, one of the miscreants was gunned down by the police.

The deceased cop was identified as Ashok Kumar Pandey.

However, the other criminal managed to escape on the motorcycle.
