70 injured as house collapses

Pratapgarh, Sep 18 (UNI) At least 70 people were seriously injuried when a house collapsed here last night, police today said.

The mishap occurred in Purnemau Village under Hatgavan police sation area, where at least 100 people had gathered in a house to watch 'nautanki' (drama) on the occasion of 'Vishwakarma Puja'.

The injured had been admitted to hospital, while two critically wounded were sent for treatment to Allahabad.
