Selja arrives in Shillong

Shillong, Sep 17 (UNI) Union Minister of State in-charge Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation Ms Selja, arrives here today on a two-day visit to review the various projects for urban development and poverty alleviation in North-East.

Tomorrow she will address a conference at Hotel Polo Towers of Urban Development ministers and secretaries of North east states to review the projects and potential for infrastructure development.

The Minister will also inspect Housing and Urban Poverty alleviation projects here.

The next day, she will leave for Agartala to inspect Housing and Urban Poverty alleviation projects.
