Heavy rains lash city

Ahmedabad, Sept 17 (UNI) With high humidity and sultry weather since the past four days, rains lashed the city today at about 1700 hrs.

Many low lying areas were flooded and the city received 5 cm rainfall. There were reports of trees being uprooted in the city too.
