Explosives seized

Guna, MP, Sep 17 (UNI) Seventeen gelatin boxes, 4,000 detonators in three boxes and other explosives kept as powder in 300 packets were seized from a house at Chanderi Nagar in this district, police said today.

The explosives were seized from Rajendra Singh alias Mama Thakur's house.

Rajendra's brother Jitendra was arrested under the Indian Explosive Act and the Excise Act.

Besides explosives, 500 bottles of countrymade liquor were seized.

The main accused is absconding.
