CM condoles former MP's demise

Bhopal, Sep 17 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today condoled the demise of senior leader and former MP Sukhendra Singh.

Mr Sukhendra Singh, who served twice as MP from Satna Lok Sabha seat, passed away early today in Satna. He was 83, an official release here said today.

Mr Chouhan said Mr Singh, a former legislator, worked dedicatedly for Vindhya area as well as for the entire state and was active towards organisation and the government.

The Chief Minister prayed for peace to the departed and courage to the bereaved family, the release added.
