Airtel launches SMS video tone service

New Delhi, Sep 17 (UNI) Redefining the mobile experience, Airtel today introduced world's first 'SMS video tone service' for its pre-paid and post-paid customers in the capital.

The service plays individual and unlimited number of videos assigned to each separate caller or group and aims to cover all modes of communication on mobile phones including incoming and outgoing calls and messages.

The service would be available to all Airtel subscribers for a monthly rental of Rs 15 and one time application download of Rs 50.

''This latest initiative strengthens our position in the telecom market as a leading player driven by customer delight and innovation,'' Mr Christopher Tobit, CEO, Bharti Airtel Delhi circle (Mobility) said.
