Mega trade fair kicks off from Sept 20
Jamshedpur, Sep 16: A Bangalore based ad-agency ''The Concern'' will organise a Mega India International Trade Fair ''Canvas India-2006'' from September 20 to 27 at Gopal Maidan here in order to attract more number of customers.
Promoted by Singhbhum Chambers of Commerce and Industries (SCCI), the trade fair would showcase around 300 global and domestic brands in over 400 stalls, SCCI officials said here today.
Besides,100 local brands from 320 companies would also be the attraction for the local consumers.
'The Concern' Managing director Jyoti Kumar said '' the mega success of our trade fairs has been branding, sales promotion activities, consumer benefits we offer and the excitement it generates.'' He said adequate number of stalls from Automobile, Electronics and Appliances, Consumer, Builder, Banking and Finance, Insurance, Industiral, Government, IT, Furniture and Food sectors would be seen in the fair.
Mr Kumar said the organisers have taken utmost care for the safety and security in the fair keeping in view any outbreak of major fire accidents as happened in a trade fair in Meerut in August this year.
SCCI president R N Gupta said organizing such fairs have become imperative in today's competitive market and the SCCI would always promote such fair for the benefit of the consumers.
The fair would be the second of its kind in Jharkhand in this financial year after the first being held at Ranchi from August 14 to 22 this year.
