Court refuses to bail MVI

Patna, Sep 16 (UNI) Additional District and Sessions judge of Patna R S Rai today rejected the regular bail petition of Motor Vehicle Inspector (MVI) Sunil Prakash Tiwary.

The case is related to tresspassing the office of Transport Commissioner cum Secratery.

According to the charges, BJP MLA Awinish Kumar Singh, RJD MLA Rajesh Roshan alias Babloo Dev and others had tresspassed the office of Transport Commissioner cum Secratery Pancham Lal and pressurised him to revoke the suspension of MVI Mr Tiwary.

Both the MLAs are on bail.
