Abandoned orphan child found

Hyderabad, Sep 16 (UNI) City police today recovered a female orphan child who had disappeared from the government hospital two days ago after she was being admitted for pneumonia.

A 20-day-old child, who was found abandoned in the Sathavahana Express about 15 days ago, was handed over to the authorities of Sishuvihar.

The girl was admitted to the Niloufer Hospital a few days ago due to pneumonia. However, when the maid-- who was looking after the child--returned after fetching some milk for the baby, she found the child missing.

On a complaint from hospital authorities, the police arrested another maid-- Sulochana-- and restored the baby to the Sisuvihar authorities.
