Traffic constable commits suicide in Thrissur

Thrissur, Sep 15 (UNI) A traffic police constable of the Irrinjalakuda police station allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself at his residence compound at Lokamaleswaram in Kodungallur today.

The decased was 49-year-old Kottekkattuveetil Udayakumar.

Some domestic problem was suspected to be the reason behind this extreme step, police said.

He is survived by his wife and two children.
